Founder & Managing Director
Tia‑Christina Corbett‑Francis is the heart and driving force behind Connect Direct Solutions. With a passion for helping people reach their potential, she combines a diverse professional background with a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face.
Tia‑Christina’s experience spans employability, social support, education, and custodial environments, as well as hands-on work in retail, hospitality, bar work, and warehouse operations. She holds qualifications in SEND needs, understanding behaviour that challenges, team leading, IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance), and mental health, giving her the knowledge and insight to support people from all walks of life.
Her journey has fueled a clear mission: to bridge gaps, create opportunities, and empower individuals, especially young people, ex-offenders, and vulnerable adults. With her hands-on, people-focused approach, Tia‑Christina ensures that every person or organisation Connect Direct Solutions works with receives guidance, support, and solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Her vision: to open doors, unlock potential, and make a real, lasting difference in people’s lives and communities.
Ajay C
Trainee Property Development Advisor
Ajay is a valued member of the Connect Direct Solutions team, currently working as a Trainee Property Development Advisor. With a strong background in hospitality and retail, including experience as a cashier and in customer service within a college setting, Ajay brings a people-focused approach to every project he undertakes.
He has also studied Level 2 and Level 3 Construction Environmentals, giving him practical knowledge and insight into property development and the built environment. His combination of hands-on customer service experience and technical education allows him to support projects that are both community-focused and professionally delivered.
Ajay is committed to helping Connect Direct Solutions achieve its mission of creating opportunities, bridging gaps, and delivering meaningful impact in communities and businesses alike.
Ajay also has a basic understanding of French.
Abida B
Events & Admin Support
Abida B is an integral member of the Connect Direct Solutions team, providing support in both events management and administration. She brings excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure every event runs smoothly and day-to-day operations are efficiently managed.
Abida has a diverse work background, including customer service within a college setting, working as a wedding hall waiter, warehouse experience, and supporting as a teaching assistant. She holds an A-Level in Sociology, giving her insight into people, behaviour, and community dynamics.
Fluent in Bengali, Abida helps Connect Direct Solutions connect with diverse communities, ensuring everyone receives the support and guidance they need. Her combination of administrative expertise, event management skills, and multicultural communication makes her a valuable part of the team.

Sales & Marketing Advisor
Dieu is a dynamic member of the Connect Direct Solutions team, serving as our Sales & Marketing Advisor. Fluent in French and Lingala, he brings a multicultural perspective and excellent communication skills to connect with a wide range of clients and communities.
Dieu has a diverse professional background, including experience in videography, photography, warehouse work, security, ambulance driving, delivery driving, care assistance, and customer service. This wide-ranging experience gives him a unique understanding of people, business operations, and client needs.
