Role Overview
As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in expanding our business network by identifying, attracting, and securing new clients. You will use your sales, communication, and relationship-building skills to develop strong partnerships that create long-term value for both Connect Direct Solutions and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients across relevant industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and match them with the services we provide.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
- Track and report on client acquisition progress and sales performance.
- Represent Connect Direct Solutions at networking events, business meetings, and community activities.
Skills & Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence in delivering presentations and pitches.
- Knowledge of recruitment, consultancy, or employability services is desirable but not essential.
