About Us

We are now expanding into the property sector and are looking for a motivated and confident Property Development Advisor to help build relationships, secure property opportunities, and drive growth in this division.

Role Overview

The Property Development Advisor will be responsible for engaging with landlords, investors, and businesses to explore property opportunities, manage client enquiries, and support the end-to-end process of sourcing and letting properties. This role combines client relationship management, negotiation, and business development to ensure smooth operations and sustainable growth within our property services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with property investors to discuss how our services can support their property needs.
  • Contact landlords to discuss subletting opportunities on a commission basis once tenants are secured.
  • Arrange and confirm property viewings, attending where necessary.
  • Collect and manage client details, including property specifications and requirements.
  • Ensure all client and property information is accurately recorded and updated in company systems.
  • Liaise with businesses to source suitable properties (shops, event spaces, warehouses, offices, etc.).
  • Negotiate property deals with landlords, investors, and businesses to secure positive outcomes.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in liaising with landlords, investors, and businesses.
  • Ability to negotiate deals effectively and build long-term professional relationships.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail in managing client records and bookings.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Previous experience in property, sales, or business development is desirable but not essential.
