We are now seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Consultant to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in helping clients identify, negotiate, and secure the best suppliers, products, and services to meet their needs.

Role Overview

The Sourcing & Procurement Consultant will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, identifying cost-saving           opportunities, and ensuring that clients receive quality goods and services. This role requires strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver tailored procurement solutions that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their procurement and sourcing needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers across various sectors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure best value, cost savings, and quality assurance.
• Manage supplier performance and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant procurement policies and legal frameworks.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, suppliers, and procurement activities.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Ability to analyse data and generate reports to support procurement decisions.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations and ethical sourcing practices.
